Cancellation policy: Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 nonrefundable fee.

Payment: Contact me over the email to book your appointment and I'll send you an electronic invoice. Payment is required prior to the visit. You will receive the superbill in the following 24h after the visit is completed.

Most insurances cover Lactation Consultant Services, please contact your insurance company. I will provide you the Superbill. The superbill serves as your payment receipt. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires insurance companies to cover lactation services with no out of pocket cost to the consumer – for more information on your rights under the law, download the toolkit from the National Women’s Law Center. Check with your insurance company for further details.
